Main components

Numerical control system: Receives and processes processing instructions (such as G-codes), and controls parameters such as the movement trajectory, stamping speed, and pressure of the press.

Workbench: It is used to fix the metal sheet to be processed and can move along the X and Y axes to achieve position positioning.

Stamping head (spindle) : Install the stamping die and drive it through a servo motor or hydraulic system to complete the stamping action.

Mold library: Stores molds of various specifications and can be automatically replaced to meet the processing requirements of different shapes.

Feeding mechanism: including roller feeders, pneumatic feeders, etc., which are used for accurately conveying and positioning plates.

Working principle

Operators design the graphics and process paths of the processed parts through CAD/CAM software and generate numerical control programs.

The numerical control system converts the program into instructions, controls the worktable to move to the position, and simultaneously drives the stamping head to carry the die to complete operations such as punching and forming.

Complex parts can be completed through multiple die changes and multi-step stamping, with a high degree of full automation and no need for manual intervention.
